Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator Norm Killion Norm retired from 30+ years of teaching Technology Education at Oak Creek High School in 1999. While at Oak Creek, Norm coached football, basketball and baseball. Norm has continued to coach football and basketball during retirement. The 2009 season will mark 40 years of continuous coaching for Norm. Coach Killion has been married to Alice (and ONLY Alice) for 41 years, has two sons and 3 wonderful grandchildren. Hobbies include golf, gourmet club, traveling, constantly upgrading the only home that Alice and Norm have ever owned and supporting the Wisconsin Badgers. | |

Defensive Coordinator Mark "Mac" McLaughlin Coach McLaughlin retired from 30+ years of teaching Phy Ed, Health and Driver's Ed. Mark has coached equally as long and includes football, basketball and track. He has been a strength, speed and conditioning coordinator. One of Mark’s achievements is having a season where his team was unscored on and went undefeated. Coach Mac has worn many hats thru out the years, including working as an athletic trainer and a first responder. Mark is a UW-Oshkosh graduate and is heavily involved in his community. |

Coach Jason Kavalary Coach Kavalary will serve as an offensive coach focusing on the offensive line/tight ends for his 2nd season with the Warriors. Jason Kavalary has several years of prior playing experience on the semi-pro level. He played Fullback for the Menomonee Falls Warriors and Tight End/Defensive End for the Milwaukee Outlawz and Menomonee Falls Jayhawks. Jason also was co-owner and General Manager of the Milwaukee Outlawz men’s semi-pro football team. Coach Kavalary received his Bachelors degree in Criminology from Marquette University . | |

Intern Coach Kelly Simon Kelly Simon brings several years of football playing experience to the Warriors. Kelly currently holds 2 Division titles and 1 Championship title in a National Women’s Tackle Football League. Kelly played Division II Women’s Rugby basketball, volleyball and softball. Kelly is a U.S. Army Veteran and currently works for the Clement J Zablocki VA Medical Center. Kelly has previously coached both basketball and volleyball. Kelly brings to this team the love of the game, the spirit to coach and the motivation to win. Her experience as a Champion football player will assist the Warriors in achieving a winning season. |
